At Brides Haven, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items, customised products, and made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
