Making time
Every order is made to order. Personalised pieces are proofed, printed or engraved and hand-finished within 2-3 working days before they leave us. During peak wedding season (May to September) please allow up to 5 working days.
Need something sooner? Message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether your date is achievable.
UK delivery
- Standard tracked (2-3 days after dispatch) — £3.95
- Express tracked (next working day after dispatch) — £6.95
- Free standard tracked on orders over £50
Orders placed after 1pm are picked up the following working day.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Europe usually arrives in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-14 working days, calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Any customs or import duties are payable by the recipient.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. If tracking has not moved after three working days, contact us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Wedding dates
For anything needed on a specific day, please order at least two weeks ahead. Couriers can be unpredictable and a small buffer means one less thing to worry about.
