Nothing goes to print unchecked. Every name, date and spelling is read by a human, and for engraved or multi-line pieces we email you a digital proof to approve first. It is the simplest way to make sure a keepsake is spelled the way it will be remembered.

Payment is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details, and you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
Gift-ready packaging
Everything arrives wrapped in tissue inside a protective box, ready to hand over without a second wrap. Glassware is packed with extra padding, and prices are never printed on anything inside the parcel.
Made in the UK
Designed, personalised and hand-finished in our UK studio — not drop-shipped. That means shorter delivery times, no surprise customs charges for UK customers, and a real person to speak to if something is not right.
