Returns

Anything without personalisation can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty.

Because your names, dates and wording cannot be resold, personalised pieces are exempt from the standard right to cancel once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged in transit, faulty, or personalised differently from the wording you submitted? We will remake and reship it free of charge, or refund you in full — your choice. Just send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

1. Email us with your order number and what you would like to do.
2. We reply within one working day with a return address and instructions.
3. Post the item back with proof of postage.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of arrival.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before production begins. Once your proof is approved or engraving has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
